We may collect account information, contact details, company information, billing or plan information when applicable, support messages, device and usage data, and any project materials you upload or create in MavScope.
- Uploaded files, images, measurements, annotations, property details, sketches, reports, and related metadata.

- Communications sent to support, sales, or demo scheduling channels.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide MavScope, generate measurements and reports, support your account, improve reliability, prevent misuse, communicate with you, and develop better product experiences.
AI Model Training and Improvement
MavScope uses its own AI models. Unless prohibited by a separate written agreement or applicable law, uploaded data, generated outputs, corrections, annotations, measurement feedback, and related usage data may be used to evaluate, improve, train, retrain, and validate our AI models and measurement systems.
Where practical, we use safeguards such as access controls, minimization, aggregation, or de-identification to reduce exposure of personal or customer-identifying information during model improvement.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, or operate MavScope; with professional advisors; when required by law; or in connection with a business transaction.
Data Security and Retention
