Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MavScope, including beta features, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use MavScope for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Use of the Service
MavScope provides AI-powered property measurement, reporting, analysis, and workflow tools. You agree to use the service lawfully and only for authorized business or professional purposes.
- You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
- You may not misuse, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service.
- You may not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content.
Uploaded Data and User Content
You retain ownership of files, images, project information, annotations, measurements, and other content you upload or create in MavScope. You grant MavScope a license to host, process, reproduce, analyze, transform, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, improve, and develop the service.
AI Models and Training Rights
MavScope uses its own AI models. Unless restricted by a separate written agreement or applicable law, you agree that uploaded content, generated outputs, corrections, annotations, measurement feedback, and related usage data may be used to evaluate, improve, train, retrain, and validate MavScope AI models and measurement systems.
If your organization requires limits on AI model training or data reuse, contact us before uploading confidential or restricted project data.
AI Outputs and Professional Review
AI-generated measurements, reports, estimates, solar analysis, and other outputs may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sharing them with customers, using them for bids, or submitting them for insurance, permitting, engineering, legal, or construction purposes.
Beta Features
Beta access and beta features may change, be interrupted, contain defects, or be discontinued. Beta pricing, availability, and features may be updated as MavScope evolves.
Payment and Plans
Paid plans, beta pricing, renewals, taxes, and billing terms will be presented during signup or in a separate order form. You are responsible for fees associated with the plan you choose.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
MavScope is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free outputs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MavScope will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
